TaxYou will only be charged tax if you are a resident of California. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. UPS
Ground:
Most of our products ship UPS or FedEx ground. By
using the shipping calculator (displayed on every product page on our site), you
will be able to quickly determine the method of shipment and cost for every
product on our site. When you add a product to your cart, you can view the total
shipping charges by entering your zipcode and pressing "apply" next to the
shipping method.
Truck/Freight Delivery:
Truck delivery is required for very heavy, bulky, or
large items. The cost to ship via truck is displayed on each product page of our
site. Simply type in your zip code and click on calculate to determine shipping
costs. Please note: due to the rising costs of gasoline, shipping costs have
increased quite a bit. We offer substantial discounts on all of our products to
offset this cost for our customers.

Where we ship:
Currently we ship to addresses within the
contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, send us an
e-mail or give us a call and we'll give you a shipping estimate.
*Children's Organizers does not ship
internationally.
Delivery
times:
Estimated delivery time is displayed on each of our
product pages. Delivery times vary depending on the Manufacturer. Most of the
time, a product will ship within 5-10 business days (for certain items, possibly
longer). Often times, your order will be shipped sooner than this. Irregular
sized and very heavy items sometimes take longer because of the method of
delivery (freight/semi-truck) required to ship these items.
Method of
delivery:
Smaller, lighter items will be shipped via UPS
ground. Items that are large, bulky, or extremely heavy will usually arrive by
freight delivery.
Signing for your Shipment:
Important! Count, Open and Inspect
entire contents BEFORE signing for the shipment. If the boxes looked damaged,
note damaged items and/or shortages on the driver's receipt. REFUSE any damaged
goods. Noted Damages or Concealed damages (those not refused or noted on
delivery receipt) must be reported to us within 24 hours of
delivery.

we will gladly accept your Purchase Order.

will review and enter your order into our system upon approval. Once we have
entered your order into our system, we will fax and/or email you a

Once
your order has been shipped, we will mail you a request for payment via
the USPS. If you prefer to receive this request by fax, please let us
know.
If you are located in California, you will be charged a sales tax
of 8.25%.

Returns & ExchangesReturnsYou MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM US BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. Merchandise must be UNUSED, IN RE-SELLABLE, NEW CONDITION AND PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS. Please e-mail us mailto:service@childrensorganizers.com as soon as possible. Manufacturer's Error/Defect: If the item is our error (or the manufacturer's error) we will pick up the item at our expense. A replacement will be sent at our expense or a credit will be issued once the item is received by the manufacturer. Customer Error: If it is not our error, you are responsible for the freight cost involved in the return. Credit will be issued and applied to your account less a 25% Restocking Fee. IMPORTANT!: You must send merchandise back in the original carton. Returned goods must be shipped by way of prepaid freight and you must insure the package to guard against loss or damage.
